Postage & Handling Information

How long will delivery of my order take

All of our packages are sent via Australia Post.

We are currently enjoying a family holiday - so all orders will be packed and posted in order of their receipt when we return on February the 1st - thanks in advance for your patience! xx

USUALLY we ask that you please allow 2-3 working days for me to get your order packed up and lodged with Australia Post.

Please visit the Australia Post website to estimate your delivery times. We post all orders from postcode 3280, so enter your postcode on their site for an estimated delivery time, and choose your postage speed accordingly.

By placing an order with us, you have agreed to this postage information, and have made your postage choices accordingly.


Tracking information:

Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information (Australian customers only). By Liv will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78.

Any items returned to us due not having been collected from Australia Post delivery centres within the designated time frame may be re-sent at the customers expense.
