I have difficulties getting off earrings off the board without the back coming off not able to slide them off

One possible suggestion glueing thin felt on the back of the board to give some grip. Another suggestion to give a little more spacing between earrings so not so cramped

I’ve tried lots of jewellery boxes, earring trees etc. This board is so easy to use. You can see all the colours/styles you have and choose a matching pair for an outfit when you’re in a flying hurry to get out the door.
No removal of earring backs and suitable for studs, large stud back dangles or earrings with hook loops. The fabric weave hanging wire for this earring board is knot tied at the back, meaning the board sits out far enough to stop your earrings scratching the wall.
